(More customer reviews)I use this bag to haul around my Nikon D80 with the kit lens, along with charger cabling, etc. with plenty of room to spare. There are 2 internal compartments sized for SD card cases, 3 separate pocket areas in the front, and the usual Velcro type compartment arrangement for the camera and gear. I am told the case is large enough to accommodate the D80 with the 18-200 VR lens fitted as well, but I don't yet have that lens to verify it myself. The camera sits lens down in the compartment. The single zipper design makes for fast access and secure containment of your gear. There is also a built-in microfiber cloth, and the pull-over rain fly is a nice touch as well. The build quality is top notch, the only complaint I have is that once you remove your camera, the weight of the bag's flap is enough to make the bag fall over if you leave it open.

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my Panasonic DMC FZ28. It's compact, lightweight and cute in the microdot fabric. The camera is almost too snug inside, making it slightly difficult to take out in a hurry. The inner pocket holds a spare battery, which could easily drop out if the bag is opened and tipped. I sewed a velcro closure for the pocket to solve that problem. My biggest concern is that this bag seems too soft to protect the camera. The bottom part is a firm neoprene in a u-shape, but the top and sides of the bag are made of soft neoprene. In short, It's an okay bag for carrying on your person. For travel and storage, I place mine in a sturdier camera bag.

(More customer reviews)This neoprene SLR case is perfect for cameras with a shorter lens. I purchased both this one, and the same LONGER model for telephoto lenses. This accompanies me on shorter hikes or bike rides when I want to use my smaller, compact lens, without other equipment.
It's easy to remove and install. I use it with an Olympus E3 and extended battery pack; pancake lens, or 12-60mm lens. It's better to use this, than travel with a bulky case. Even when I bring my bulky case along, I have my camera zing-covered, around my neck; therefore, I don't have to go in and out of my bag to retrieve.
Note: Because most of my shooting is outdoors, even though my camera is fairly weather safe, and this case is too, I bring a small, folded rain cover [tucked inside this neoprene case], as a precaution in case of severe weather.

Dolica WB-10189 Camera Case Review

(More customer reviews)I think this has to be one of the best cases for the Canon Powershot series, at least for my SD800. The camera fits great with room to spare, the case is well padded and has a little bit of extra room for a battery or SD card. As another review stated, the side mesh pockets are pretty much useless.
For me, the best thing about this case is the zipper closure, I use my camera a lot in the desert and the sand gets everywhere, this case seals up pretty well and protects the camera on our long rides. One other nice thing that I just realized after having the case for about a year is the nylon cover that is stored in the bottom behind the belt loop. The description says it is a rain cover and it could help a little in that regard, but for me it helps with covering the zipper for that added defense against the sand. Just a nice little bonus that may or may not be useful for others.
Overall, this is a very nice and well built case, it is a little bulky, but that's what gives the camera the protection it needs. Highly recommended, especially for under $10!!!!

Otherwise the case is very protective as far as being durable. I'd rate it 5 stars if it had fit my camera as the item description stated.

I bought 3 different cases for my new WSC-290 because I could't find the right one, and then I came across this. It is better than the LCS-CST soft carrying case because it has a zipper that encloses your camera all the way. If you drop it accidentally in water, there's a good chance you can prevent water from getting inside the case compared to the Velcro lock of the LCS-CST soft carrying case. I also bought the Sony LCS-TWE soft carrying case with carabineer (available in different colors) but it only looks cute, not sturdy.
This also has a front pocket and a strap in the back that can be attached to your belt or bag if you get tired of holding it.

(More customer reviews)I just purchased the new Sony DSC-W50 and wanted a case to protect it. This is a great case in my opinion. Soft and plush inside, but firm and protective on the outside. The camera is held firmly in place from the moment you first slide it in the pocket. The additional small zippered pocket on the outside is handy for extra memory sticks, or maybe even an extra battery. The belt loop is very handy, and there is even a metal ring so that you can attach it to a carabiner or something of the like if desired. However, what I like most is that it will protect your investment and look good doing it. I think it's one of the best buys out there. It can be had for less than $15 delivered from several sellers through Amazon.

Crumpler 5 Million Dollar Home Photo Bag, Grey/Red Review

(More customer reviews)This is not a bag for carrying lots of stuff, so don't get it if you wanna carry a pro SLR and bulky lenses. Check out the 7 Million Dollar Home if you need that. Instead it is an attractive and petite bag for a small SLR (no grip) and a lens or two. I bought the 5 Mil for my Canon 50d with attached 17-55 2.8 IS USM. It's a perfect fit and has plenty of room for a flash and/or small lens, plus a few nicknacks like iPod and CF cards. My 5DII/24-105 4L also fits, albeit a little snug for my taste. It's a smart looking bag, sorta a mini messenger bag look although a bit purse like due to the diminutive size. My wife says I look like a cool metromale rather than a geeky photog when I carry it.
The 5 Mil is a toploader with 2 small compartments on both sides of the main camera compartment. The adjustable dividers are stiff and don't buckle under camera weight. The velcro used to anchor the dividers is super heavy duty and will never move in normal use. I like the soft cloth interior and, unlike coarse nylon cloth, will not scratch the camera finish with repeated sliding in and out of the bag. The bag has some type of stiff reinforcing material in the walls and dividers, so it keeps its shape whether full or empty. The only downside to this stiffness is the bag can't be flattened for packing in a suitcase.
Some have complained the velcro on the flap, although strong, is too loud when opened. If they would have actually read the instructions (!), they'd know all of the Million Dollar Home bags have a fold out cover to disable the velcro. Of course you'll have to leave the flap loose or use the buckle.
A few cons: although the strap is wide it lacks a should pad. Of course you can buy a Crumpler shoulder pad separately but it really needs one if you load up the bag. I added one. Crumpler really should have added a zippered pocket on the rear for storing papers. The front pocket isn't enough. Finally, the coarse nylon on the exterior, although nearly indestructible, really tears up your clothing after a few hours of walking around. Jeans fare okay but several of my t-shirts have holes where the bag "sands" them during trekking. I wouldn't use this bag while wearing a delicate shirt or jacket! I'm thinking of installing a leather or cloth protector on the back of the bag. Other bag makers--Tamrac--make a point of using smoother material on the back to mineralize clothing wear.

1. the camera is not zipped into the bag, only has velcro flap
2. the velcro belt strap is not as secure as I would like.
Pros:
1. Has a small ring on the back that you can use a for a hook attachment
2. Small zipper pocket in front will hold credit cards, etc (I have confirmed this).
These cons make me reluctant to use this bag in a theme park or busy event. I think it would be fine for every day use, or to store the camera on a shelf or in a car, but I am not too wild about those two things. The flap makes it easy to get quickly out, but also makes it easier to fall out on a roller coaster or something. I guess it depends on what you want this bag for.

This bag is well designed for that purpose and has a little room left over for memory cards, usb cable etc. The length is a little tight with a filter on the lens, but it still fits fine...just no space for extra padding there. The bag also comes with an all weather cover that tucks out of sight when not in use.

(More customer reviews)The materials are very nice and the design is good. I want to report the internal measurements of mine, which seem at variance with others: 5 x 3 x 1.5". It is a perfect fit for my Kodak Z915. The outside pocket hidden by the top flap is 4.5 x 3.3" with a nice zipper near the top and an expansion gusset on the left side. (My Duracell PPS2 Li instant charger which is a small external USB battery, fits nicely in there with its cable, although it is not an accessory that I would use with that particular camera.)
The function and padding of this bag are excellent and a very good buy at this price point. The only downside is poor worksmanship in sewing: on mine neither the belt loop nor the flap velcro strip are centered. Neither flaw is going to make any difference in the use of the bag.

Its a bit bigger than I thought it would be but nevertheless, it is very sturdy and has not shown any signs of wear and tear... yet. This bag is big enough to hold my Canon T2i, lens cleaning kit, charger, extra spare battery, my 50mm 1.4 lens, and also my camcorder from a while back along with its charger. Very spacey! it was an easy $20 bucks spent!

This one, while soft, fits the ZS7 well and it seems to provide adequate protection. It has enough space in the secondary pocket for a spare battery (and probably would fit an additional memory card), but not the charger.
