(More customer reviews)I use this bag to haul around my Nikon D80 with the kit lens, along with charger cabling, etc. with plenty of room to spare. There are 2 internal compartments sized for SD card cases, 3 separate pocket areas in the front, and the usual Velcro type compartment arrangement for the camera and gear. I am told the case is large enough to accommodate the D80 with the 18-200 VR lens fitted as well, but I don't yet have that lens to verify it myself. The camera sits lens down in the compartment. The single zipper design makes for fast access and secure containment of your gear. There is also a built-in microfiber cloth, and the pull-over rain fly is a nice touch as well. The build quality is top notch, the only complaint I have is that once you remove your camera, the weight of the bag's flap is enough to make the bag fall over if you leave it open.

(More customer reviews)I think this has to be one of the best cases for the Canon Powershot series, at least for my SD800. The camera fits great with room to spare, the case is well padded and has a little bit of extra room for a battery or SD card. As another review stated, the side mesh pockets are pretty much useless.
For me, the best thing about this case is the zipper closure, I use my camera a lot in the desert and the sand gets everywhere, this case seals up pretty well and protects the camera on our long rides. One other nice thing that I just realized after having the case for about a year is the nylon cover that is stored in the bottom behind the belt loop. The description says it is a rain cover and it could help a little in that regard, but for me it helps with covering the zipper for that added defense against the sand. Just a nice little bonus that may or may not be useful for others.
Overall, this is a very nice and well built case, it is a little bulky, but that's what gives the camera the protection it needs. Highly recommended, especially for under $10!!!!

(More customer reviews)Good quality case. Purchased at the same time as the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP8. The fit is good for the Lumix but the compartment on the front only has room for small items like an extra chip for the camera. Tried to see if the battery charger would fit (and it wasn't much larger that the battery itself), but could not zip the pocket shut with the charger inside. The battery fit was OK and if someone has a backup battery for the camera, this is the place to keep it. It would have been a 5 star rating had this been big enough for the charger. I did get the case for its small size but thought that the front compartment would hold more. It is a great fit when worn on the waist as it allows quick access to the camera but leaves your hands free.

(More customer reviews)I bought this pouch to protect my Fuji Z700 EXR digital camera, and it fits great. My camera is about 3.5" wide x 2" tall x 0.5" thick, but this pouch would probably also fit cameras that are thicker and less wide than mine, like the Canon PowerShot or the Nikon Coolpix. The material on the inside of the pouch is a soft, stretchy neoprene, and the outside has a water-resistant coating with a funky "antique" Jacquard design. The pouch doesn't come with its own wrist strap, but there are two zipper-pulls at the top so that your camera's wrist strap can stick out and you can carry it with that. The zipper is plastic and zips smoothly and quietly, and it has a cushioned liner on the inside so that the zipper doesn't scratch your camera. The whole pouch seems to be very high-quality construction. It does just what I need, and I'm glad I purchased it!

(More customer reviews)It's hard to find a nice neoprene carrying case that's not too big or too small for my sony cybershot cameras. This one is nice and the zipper is pretty smooth. I think if I use it more often it'll loosen up. I had a really nice one but lost it on the airplane (used it for 5+ years) along with my new Cybershot TX5. I'm hoping this one will live up to my old one. I plan on putting the new Sony Cybershot WX5 in it.

Lowepro Sausalito 20 Camera Pouch (Black) Review

It fits my Canon PowerShot SD3500IS 14.1 MP Digital Camera with 3.5-Inch Touch Panel LCD and 5x Ultra Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom (Pink) very snugly and comfortably. The material that the pouch is built out of is very resilient to scratches and abrasions, and it gives you a good, secure grip when held. The zipper opens almost 3/4 of the way around the pouch, which makes it very easy to get your camera in and out. The sides of the pouch are very sturdy, and I feel like they give my camera enough protection from accidental drops. The pouch is also small enough that it fits in a larger pocket. I've also tried putting an iPhone and a Blackberry in the pouch and they fit in perfectly, which potentially extend the uses of this pouch beyond its original targeted functionality.

Lowepro Santiago 20 Camera Case (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)I am a big fan of Lowepro cases. Pretty much as soon as I get a new camera or device, I buy a Lowepro case to go with it. Lowepro has always impressed me with it's thoughtful designs, good looks, and good value. That being said, the Santiago 20 EVA-padded foam case just missed on being a great case for ultracompact cameras.
PROS:
- Great hard shell protection
- Includes low profile belt loop
- Also includes shoulder strap
- Soft interior to prevent LCD's from scratching
CONS:
- Poor zipper design
- Closed belt loop

4.1W X 0.8D X 2.6H in.
Overall, I thought Lowepro did a good job of designing an EVA case that will work well for many subcompact cameras available today. It provides great protection in a small but solid case. When you hold the empty case, you really notice the heft, but not so much that it is cumbersome to carry. Unfortunately, I am forced to use the Santiago 20 case very very carefully. What normally is a strength in Lowepro design, is the Santiago 20's drawback.
The zippers are a chore to open and close at the corners. It glides smooth enough at the bottom but once you get to the corners, they stick. You have to really give it a strong tug to get past the corners. This poor operation dampens an otherwise good case. Can you imagine while trying to close the case, it slips from your hands and your camera goes flying out of the case? Also, this is just a personal preference, but the low profile belt loop is closed, meaning you must unbuckle your belt to thread it in and out. I prefer the velcro belt loops that allow you to put it on and off your belt while still holding up your pants.

Lowepro Adventura 170 Camera Case (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)So far so good. This bag is spacious but not too bulky. It is great for a XLR Camera and two lenses. The 140 is barely big enough for the camera and a few accessories so if you are looking between the 170 and 140 and are planning on getting an extra lens I would recommend getting the larger bag. If you want just the camera the 140 is a lot smaller and better if you want less bulk. I think more space is better but that is just me! The 170 seems very study, is nice and padded well. It is a good quality bag.

I did get the zipper to close but the case has no padding inside and it was so tight it bowed over the lens (if dropped flat I'm sure my cam would be damaged). So I went out and shopped the local stores and tried every one I could get my hands on Lowpro, Caselogic, etc. and I did find one that worked perfect for the Canon S95 IMO and it cost half the price too! Its the "Case Logic TBC302" and it was $7.00 locally. It is padded and fits the Canon S95 PERFECT! It also has a pocket that holds (2) spare S95 batteries and still room for an extra card, all in a case that appears smaller than the Volta 20.
