(More customer reviews)The Apple Ipod Camera Connector screams intelligence on the part of Apple, but falls far short. DO NOT think of using this for any real photography purposes or with pictures above 3MP in size. To transfer 1gb Sandisk II ultra CF card takes roughly 45 minutes, and kills almost all your Ipod's battery (not to mention the impact on your cameras battery for that 45 minutes).
Its a great idea, but the ipod battery is not originally engineered to support such a power supply, and does not stand up to heat...
Look elsewhere for a portable harddrive to store pictures, such as Epson P-2000.

The weight anchor provides more than ample support on a windy day - use your own judgement if the winds really pick up. The build quality is above average. It may not be suited for the Professional but is more than sufficient for the casual user. There is a handle to carry the tripod when the unit is fully collapsed. A good buy - don't be fooled by the low price.

(More customer reviews)I actually bought it for my blackberry curve. I just changed phones and my old phones golla pouch was to narrow (but does fit my ipod very well). So I saw this and tried it. It has a pouch on the inside for credit cards and or my license. It has a little extra padding so if I drop it hopefully nothing will get hurt. I also love the clip or you could use the loop on the back to attach it to your belt. Very happy with it!

Domke 701-82S F-802 Reporter's Satchel (Sand) Review

(More customer reviews)The Domke F-802 is exactly what I was looking for in a satchel style photo bag that holds a serious amount of equipment for a days work, easy to access, carry and lays against your body while giving me balance (I sometimes use a cane in one hand to steady myself while walking). Here is what I have put in my bag so far: A Nikon D90 with a Nikkor 16-85mm F3.5-5.6 lens and a MB-80 battery pack attached (may take this off when using this bag); a Nikon Kit 18-105 lens; a Nikon 50 mm 1.8 lens; a SB 600 Speedlight; 2 lens hoods; a flashlight; extra batteries; cards; some manuals; and a Canon G9. And I still have room.
I have also ordered, but not yet received, one 2 compartment and one 3 compartment Domke insert for this bag, but I don't think I will need them. I should also tell you that there aren't any velcro strips on the walls of this bag like the other bags in this line. I really like the versatility this bag offers you.
Why? Well the F-802 doesn't come with inserts the F-803 does.
Upon receipt of the bag I placed my equipment in the bag with the lenses enclosed in the padded bags that came with them. This arrangements works fine If you don't mine the lack of padding. I did, however, place a thick strip of extra padding in the bottom of the bag even though this bag is padded on the bottom and the sides.
I am comfortable with this arrangement because the Domke F-802 is made of heavy water resistant canvas and is well made. I have use and own other Domke bags for years and no equipment has ever been damage in them and I use and carried them literally everywhere. I plan to use this bag to carry my Nikon on day trips and as mentioned earlier I found that satchels and messenger bags lay great against my body giving me the balance I need when shooting without a tripod and generally while carrying this equipment.
I had the Domke F-X5 large messenger bag but it didn't have the pockets I needed and I returned it. Pockets are everything. Did I mention I still had room in this bag for my Macbook. Although I will ( but don't need to) to take the MB-80 battery pack off the camera to allow for a better fit. Domke bags wear well over time and soon conform to your body. I believe this will be one of my favorite Domke bags. I will rate the Domke compartment insert when I receive them.

Lowepro Sausalito 20 Camera Pouch (Bordeaux Red) Review

(More customer reviews)While really sturdy and well constructed, the bag is very small and other than iPod Touch and Flip MinoHD, I really could not fit any other mobile device inside this bag. It did not fit my compact camera Canon S90, disaffirming the description on the card accompanying the camera that it is designed for compact cameras. Even my subcompact camera, Kodak V570 did not fit inside this bag. If you try hard, you can probably squeeze iPhone inside this. But Motorola Droid and Palm Centro cell phones could not be squeezed inside this bag.
Microfiber cloth to clean the screen is useful. My guess is that Canon ELPH series subcompact cameras might fit inside this bag. Even if the bag accommodates some subcompact cameras, there is no other pocket to store SD card or battery etc.
Hence, the utility of this bag is very limited and the description that it is for compact cameras is inaccurate. But it is very well made, looks beautiful, and will protect the device well, so I will give it three stars for that. If there was a pocket to store SD card, I would have given it 4 stars and if it really accommodated the compact cameras like Canon S90 - 5 stars.

(More customer reviews)I bought the Golla pouch to carry my iphone around my neck when I exercise and also for skiing. I think it will work OK, but it has two serious defects. The first is no opening for ear phones. The way the top opens, you can run the ear phone wire out the side, but it does bend/put pressure on the straight part of the wire where it connects to the phone. Secondly it's a really tight fit (very narrow) so with a 3G phone, I have to take the protective case off the phone to fit it in. This is not how I had intended to use it, so I'm a bit disappointed because taking the protective cover off and putting it back on is a pain. I do like the fact that I think it will keep the phone warm and protected when I ski, which will be good. Now we just need some more snow!
