I did have a product that was not working properly. I mailed it in and they were not able to repair the item and did not have a replacement. I was refunded my full price that I originally paid for the item. I believe they do have an excellent warranty program. I would recommend this to those who wish to purchase an extended warranty.

(More customer reviews)I purchased a digital camerea on ebay and decided to by this warranty on a whim. I am so glad I did. My camerea broke several months later leaving me pretty upset. I started my online claim the same day, which was so easy. They followed up with ideas on how to fix my camerea and a phone number to call if those ideas did not work. Of course my camerea was unrepairable. I sent it in and received a full refund within days. I could not be happier with my warranty. I will definetly buy this warranty to cover my new digital camerea.

When I recommend square trade to my friends I often hear "Square who?" but then I tell them about prices and service and suddenly evrybody is interested.

The camera stopped working and after emailing with Square Trade, they sent me a prepaid box to mail the camera to them. Within 3 days they determined that the camera couldn't be repaired and they refunded the entire purchase price to Paypal. So now we bought a new camera and intend to purchase another warranty from Square Trade.

I have been burnt in the past from shopping online... get a product that doesn't work, then fight to get it replaced or refunded. Not with Square Trade. I bought a digital camera that didn't work like advertised. I just knew I was in for a some type of fight or small print loophole. Nope! Square Trade was great to work with. They took care of the situation right away and refunded me 100%. I will use them again because I now know they are reputable and stand behind their service.

(More customer reviews)You can buy a warranty from Square Trade for for what ever electronics you have, even for a used item on Ebay ! They have drop and spill warranty too that you can add. It is very easy, they keep everything online for you. If you subscribe to their newsletter they often have discounts. I just had a camera failing, they replied to my email the next day, offered me a shipping label to print to send my camera, and 2 or 3 days after, sent me an email saying they were going to reimburse me the price of my camera on my Paypal account. A few more days after, it's done and I can buy another, newer camera. Thanks Square Trade.

I filed a claim and they approved my claim promptly. I am very happy with them and always going to buy their warranty with Accidental drop for electronics. If I would have bought a regular warranty, I could not claim against the damage .

Square Trade covered the full cost of the repair and once I submitted the proper documents to them, I promptly received payment into my Paypal account as I instructed. I now experienced the claim side of Square Trade and would highly recommend based on claim service and the cost of warranty coverage versus the big box guys.

(More customer reviews)Seriously, if I couldn't get a warranty through squaretrade for a product, I don't think I'd buy it. This a really a great business to do business with. I have had warranties with them for years now and they have maintained their fine livel of service throughout those years. If you buy a warranty someplace else you paid too much, did'nt get the protection that squaretrade offers and will have a much harder time with a claim.
