(More customer reviews)The only thing I can say, wich is not as much as to make a complain, is that you have to pay attention when you're trying to screw the hood to the lens, or you might loose some time turning and turning it until it fit.
The rest of the material is also OK.

(More customer reviews)If you are the adventure type holiday fotographer, this is the lens you need. Much better then it's predecessors in optical quality and weight. I got triggered to buy one, because it won the joint European Foto Magazines prize of 'lens of the year'.
When you like to travel light, this is the only lens you need.
Watch out, that you get the right lens, because there are 5 different Tamron 28-200 predecessing models around.

(More customer reviews)It was very difficult to screw on my 28-135mm Canon, otherwise it does the job. I have not really shot too many pictures but from the first 50 shots, it seems fine. For the price you pay, you get what you pay for. That said, it's good for the price I paid. It protects my lens and does not affect image quality. At least not that's noticeable (i'm not a professional). 7 out of 10 stars.
