(More customer reviews)I thought I was just being frisky on buying a protective screen for my LCD. When I got the item, I thought it wouldn't really be contoured fit for my SD450. But lo and behold, this product really was perfect for my camera. It was easy to apply on the camera and easy to take off also (I had to place it back on and take it out several times until I got the perfect placement.). And my camera looks unique and more elegant with this protector. I love my camera and I love that I got the protector for it.

(More customer reviews)What a great product. It looks like a stock part once installed onto the camera. In fact, I bought a camera used and it came with this installed and, while I knew it was installed onto the large screen on back of the camera, I didn't realize it was also installed on the top LCD, too. That is until after I broke it. The camera was dropped and the triangular, metal piece through which the strap fits smashed into the top LCD screen breaking the cover. What I hadn't realized initially was that it was only the GGS cover that broke. Thinking it was the actual camera cover, I went ahead and ordered another one from Nikon. In the meantime, I used a knife to lift up the cover preparing for the replacement only to find that there was another cover -- completely intact. Only then did I realize that what I had lifted up was in fact the GGS cover. The Nikon cover over the LCD screen -- and the LCD screen itself -- was intact and in perfect shape. The GGS protector did it's job and I immediately purchased another one.

(More customer reviews)I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this product, but for a couple of bucks I thought I'd give it a go.
The product came in two layers of plastic for added protection and also has a sheet of plastic on either side to aid with installation. It also came with its own microfiber cleaning cloth to get my LCD screen nice and clean before the application of the product.
Here is how simple the installation was:
1. Clean the LCD screen with the supplied microfiber cloth.
2. Peel off the sticker marked with the number '1'.
3. Apply the product to the screen making sure to not trap air bubbles (if you do you can easily peel the product back to reapply).
4. Peel off the sticker marked with the number '2'.
I bought this for my Nikon DSLR and it was a little on the small side for the 3" screen, but it covered the region where the actual LCD screen was and where the protection is actually necessary. After this experience I am planning on purchasing more of this brand (and seller) screen protectors for all of my electronic devices.

(More customer reviews)I bought this LCD screen cover for my Nikon S620 camera and couldn't be more satisfied. The glass construction leaves no wrinkles or any other imperfections. It has no filtering affect. Moreover, it attaches in such a way that when I show it everyone says that it looks like part of the camera, as if they were just looking at the LCD itself. If I ever do scratch it I will be replacing a simple cover, not the screen itself. This goes on my essentials list for any product with an LCD screen. I don't think it can be matched and the price is negligible.

(More customer reviews)I purchased one of these screen protectors in 2008 for my D40X. It has performed well. Recently, the camera was knocked by something loose in the camera bag. The protector screen broke, leaving the camera screen unscathed. You could clearly see the point of impact and the protector was in many pieces, which was a little tricky to remove, but not a scratch to the Nikon. Needless to say I'm purchasing another. Money well spent.

one for Christmas and just got around to installing it on my Sony a700.
I hope to never take it off unless replacing it with another GGS Optical
Glass Protector. This makes reviewing my images a pleasure and I'll
never put the OEM plastic protector back on if at all possible.
Try one of these and I think you will be surprised as well. Much better
than any of the other vinyl, plastic, adhesive or cling protectors.
NO AIR BUBBLES. No distortion at all that I have noticed and much
less glare so far.
I just ordered another for my other camera body and one for my
brother's Pentax. He admired mine and I think he'll be happy with
it and it will protect his LCD better than what he has on it.
