The only complaint that I have is that you can't access the compartment to get your camera out while you are wearing the bag. It's not like other bags where you have the side access. But, I think that it is different and a great design for me. I am not a professional photographer, I just use my camera when I am on vacation or traveling, so the bottom compartment for the camera plus the top compartment for my bottled water, wallet, and other things is perfect. And when I store the camera when I'm not using it, it shrinks down to a smaller size and doesn't have to remain the size of a backpack. Also it has a place for my tripod which is great. Overall: great bag, but a little cumbersome when you need your camera out of your bag quickly.
