(More customer reviews)Wireless triggers can easily run well over $200. I've gone cheap a few times in the past and get burned about half the time. So I flipped a coin again and picked up this unit. And to be honest, it's made me very happy.
Simply put, it works.
The unit has a good feel, the dip switches are easy enough to access and inset enough to not get bumped accidentally. The button requires enough pressure to avoid any accidental clicks.
My only complaint is the receiver's auto-shutoff time. Sit idle long enough and it goes to sleep. The problem is that the exact amount of time seems to vary a bit. I've had nights when it went to sleep in less than 60 seconds, and other times when it seems to sit waiting and ready for nearly 20 minutes. But other than that, this is definitely worth the money.
