(More customer reviews)This was bought to replace the battery charger that came with my Nikon Coolpix S630. The original charger was destroyed when our basement flooded before Christmas. The charger itself is more compact than the original Nikon charger, and it is a snap to use. Pop your battery in the charger, put the charger in a power outlet and wait for the charge light to go from orange to green. Couldn't be simpler. The fact that the plug on this charging unit folds flat back inside the unit means that it is super easy to store and a dream to carry when traveling. Exactly what I needed, in an affordable and easy to use package. Would purchase again and recommend to friends and other Nikon users.

(More customer reviews)I've had a Nikon S510 a while back which I loved, and the Nikon S570 is even better. I like vivid colors, and when set to "vivid", the Nikon S570 produces photos with beautiful vivid colors and excellent contrast. The wide angle lens has great edge to edge sharpness. The Nikon S570 performs well, probably not the fastest (shutter lag and start-up time), but good nonetheless. The only thing that it's really slow in is the wait time between shots, which seems to be an eternity. I've missed a few shots waiting for the camera to be ready for the next shot. Otherwise, I really love this camera. It's small and light enough to fit in you pocket, and it takes great pictures. And for it's price, it's definitely a great buy.

(More customer reviews)I wanted a small point & shoot camera that would be easy to take with me, that had a great optical zoom, that took HD movies and most importantly could take quick pictures. I tried out many cameras in stores before finding this one and so far have been very, very pleased. I am able to quickly capture my kids smiles and the pictures are super clear. Plus, you are able to zoom while in movie mode. The 7x optical zoom is fantastic. I love that I can touch up photos right on the camera and right from the get go the camera was easy to use. I find that the buttons are set up very well in a user friendly manner.
