(More customer reviews)After researching for days as to what to use as an off camera flash firing solution, I finally decided to take a chance on these Yangnuo triggers. No they don't support E-TTL, nor do they work with high speed sync, but for the price, you simply can't beat it, so I thought "why not?". They arrived, came with everything as promised, and as soon as the batteries were in, everything was ready to go!
Now I'll be the first to admit, with such little money put into these, I was expecting middle of the road results, contrary to the reviews on many sites have said, but sure enough, this trigger/receiver set prove every positive review absolutely correct. To date, with over 100 flashes put through 2 receivers, I've not had a misfire yet! To me, that's the most important aspect of these as that's what they're supposed to do. As an added bonus, if you're not using them for off camera flash, attach a receiver to the camera's remote outlet via supplied cord and use the transmitter as a remote shutter. It even allows a half-press for focusing and metering before you fully depress the shutter to take the shot.
After my use of this product, I can simply say that, yes, most of the time you get what you pay for, but in some rare cases, this one included, you get much more.
