The size of the cable (6 ft) is perfect, you don't have to worry about your camera falling off any surface, because of the length of the cable. If you love sharing your pictures with your friends and family then you need to have one of this, no question ask. This product works as good as the original so why spent over $10 dollar or more when you can buy it for less. I highly recommend this product.
