(More customer reviews)The great thing about the Nikon D40 is it's smaller size compared with other DSLRs. The challenge is to find a bag that is just big enough for the essentials so you won't have to lug around a large bag for a relatively small camera. The D40 (with the kit lens) fits very nicely in the TLZ Mini - longer lenses need not apply. It's impressively padded for such a small bag. The front pocket is small but large enough for me to carry what I need: currently a spare battery, lens hood, UV filter, and a small lens cleaner. If size DOES matter to you because you're trying to carry light, this bag is just the right size.

I just purchased the Nikon SB-400 Speedlight, and it tightly fits with it's own case in the front pocket of the TLZ Mini. I'm happy I don't have to buy another bag, because I still love this one.

Don't let the size of this tiny top-loading camera bag fool you. This take-along easily carries a small SLR with a short lens, multiple rolls of film (in the outer pocket), and accessories (in the inner laminated mesh pocket). Slip it onto your belt or carry it over your shoulder.
