(More customer reviews)This filter looks absolutely black when viewed with the naked eye in a normally lit room. However, I'm still able to view with my naked eye the sun or a bright flashlight through it. I understood that an IR720 was supposed to block all visible light, regardless of intensity. I may be wrong...but otherwise it produces pictures that would be expected with an IR filter.
