(More customer reviews)I have not had to use yet, which is a good thing. I did receive both a paper copy and one by email. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had received the product and to ask if I had any questions. If I have to use the protection plan, I hope it is as easy and pleasant as the purchase was.

Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) guards you against life's little mishaps, whether you drop your cell phone on the street or splash coffee on your laptop.
