(More customer reviews)This is my favorite bag to date and I probably should have started with this style bag. (I also have a back pack and a messenger style camera bag.) This style is great for seeing everything at once in an easy to grab manner. I really like how deep it is. It can fit my Nikon D-90 with a 70-300 VR lens attached, plus my 18-200 (and hoods separated out), 35mm prime, sb-800 speedlight, and a Tokina 11-16, snuggly, but all at once. Plus I have the direction manual stored in the back outside sleeve. So far this is the best organized bag I own and plan to travel with it this coming week. I've got my little accessories (extra battery, lens brush, etc. in the front zip around pocket which is roomy (covers the entire front).
I love that the size of this bag is not overwhelming looking. It easily stands upright on the ground when set down. I also like this brown version because its different that the usual serious black I go with. It gives a more relaxed look, but still looks rich and neutral. Plus there IS black in the bag - Its in the straps (both handle and shoulder) and the fabric covering the zippers. Tamrac did a nice job with the coloring. If you can't tell from the picture, there are 3 colors including the black I just described. The majority of the bag is a nice chocolate brown and the front pouch and zipper toggles are a dark taupe color, dark enough not to worry about showing dirt.
