We received our item which turned out not to work with our rechargeable battery, I called customer service, which I immediately was connected with a live person! He was familiar with my order and indicated he called to confirm which size battery I had. But due to my error, I didn't answer due to the fact the number was not familiar. He advised that the correct item was being sent out with a return envelope for the original....I had my charger in 2 days!! as promised! This company is phenomenal! Would definitely recommend purchasing from them! Thank you for the great experience!
