(More customer reviews)Nikon S8000 camera fits snugly into the case. I use the belt loop to carry an extra battery. Inside the case is a pocket for an extra SD chip. The two flap magnets are a little weak - but work. The sides are open down a half an inch so you can pinch the camera for removal. If the camera fell out of your lap in the car it would probably be protected. It would be questionable on higher heights. It's nice looking and does an adequate job.
