(More customer reviews)I got this frame for my mom for christmas. It was easy to upload the pictures and music (as long as they were mp3...forget trying to upload music that you bought on itunes without converting it first!!). The picture quality was good (not great). My biggest complaint was that while I was able to upload videos to the frame, it wouldn't play any sound while the video was playing back. A big bummer. The instructions are very vague when it comes to troubleshooting. The construction of this frame seems a bit flimsy also.
