Good mix of zippered and velcro. I would have preferred one more zipped inside pocket for glasses, but managed well enough since pockets were deep.
Not a fashion jacket, this one is for real use on safari or any outdoor fishing, hunting, photo pursuit. Suspect the stitching isn't the best, but it went through weeks of hard wear without anything giving. Since it was pretty cheap, I didn't mind lathering it in OFF! repellent.
No warmth or rain protection, which is not a fault, just an observation.
