(More customer reviews)I ordered this particular eyepiece cover by mistake in a rush instead of ordering the one made specifically for my camera, the Nikon D-80.
I found the eyepiece I'd misplaced at about the same time that I received this one.
Guess what? I like this one better.
--It is easier to use and install;
--it isn't as small and easy to misplace;
--it is much better designed and built (the original D-80 cover is a puny piece of black plastic with minimal slits);
--it fits my camera's eye piece (almost) perfectly so it does an excellent job of blocking the light from entering.
This is the eyepiece of choice now, and I'm keeping the correct one only as a backup--but this is the one I use.
