(More customer reviews)My Canon SX20 iS does not accomodate any lens attachments, i.e. filters. Comes with a lens hood and snap on cap that does not stay on and has no tether. Almost lost in Glacier Bay Nat'l. Park. Couldn't imagine that and the selling asasociate at the store in Seattle didn't tell me. Therefore, I had to search the Internet for what to do. The answer was to by an inexpensive adapter ring to add on 58MM accessories, which I did. The cap here being reviewed seemed to be the best one for fast snapping onto the 58MM lens filter and it has a good tether to attach to the camera strap. Naturally, I found all the 58 MM accessories here on Amazon. Bought a circular polarizer, new 58MM lens hood along with the adapter. All came from different sources via USPS very quickly and inexpensively. My super 20X zoom lens now has the capabilities that Canon should have designed into the lens for close to a $400 camera.
