My camera is a Nikon D50 and the DP38 appears to communicate with it fine. Toggling between spot and matrix will switch the flash from i-ttl or i-ttl bl.
Exposure good
Diffuser built-in great
Slave works nicely
Zoom zooms, ( Noisy but works, screw drive has stuck a few times. Turn off then on works' no damage that I can tell )
Recycle good
Battery life, good so far
Bounce and swivel nice solid clicks
Price excellent, a lot of features great value
I like it.
Had it for 2 months,impressed so far
