(More customer reviews)There's no mystery here. The product does what it's advertised to do - charges two batteries at one time. It came with all the pieces to charge the two Nikon ENEL3 batteries I have. The transformer (what you actually plug into the wall) is a little large, but doesn't make a difference to me. The point of the product is to charge batteries. It does that.
