(More customer reviews)I purchased this lens to go with my new Pentax K10D, and I am so far very pleased with the results. The images are coming out beautifully with little to no artifacts in the images. I have not yet been able to test the lens in a full lighting situations since the skies have been completely overcast ever since I got it. However, I have enjoyed the images that have come out and the Macro is performing beautifully. While, it's not a prime lens, one can't expect prime lens performance. At the same time, it's not a $500 lens either, so one can't expect it to perform the same way that a $500 lens will perform. However, I have no complaints about the images I receive from this lens and would recommend it to any amatuer or beginning professional.
