(More customer reviews)Well to start off, if you want reviews about the bag, look for the bag only. There is a little bit of wiggle room on either side of your camera, but it's not terrible.
the kit, is ok. You know you get what you pay for. If you buy the backpack alone, it's the same price as with the kit. So might as well get the extra. But you get what you pay for. The kit, is not that great, but will do fine for someone starting out. The tripod I havent had problems with yet. It will NOT handel ANY abuse. But it's a good tripod if you dont have one, or you want one you can let your kids use. Or you can sell it on Ebay if you have a better one. As a sidenote, the tripod has levles on two spots that I've seen, and it comes with a case.
All in all, I say go for it. It's the same price as getting just the bag, and it doesnt diminish the bags value by any means. you just get some free stuff.
